Step 1 of 6

Are you inquiring for a US personal injury firm?

Five quick questions. Takes about a minute.

Questions.

Straight answers. Anything else, ask Ryan on the call.

Is a qualified transfer a signed case?

No. A qualified transfer is a live conversation with a claimant who meets every written check. Your intake team evaluates the matter. You sign the cases.

Is this exclusive?

Yes, per claimant. Each one goes only to your firm and is never resold or shared.

Where do claimants come from?

From our own ads. Each claimant tells us about their accident and agrees to be contacted before we call. We are a marketing service: we give no legal advice and never take a share of legal fees.

What if a claimant misses a check?

It doesn't bill. Only claimants who meet every written check are put through to your team.

What if I disagree with a transfer?

Tell us. We review it against the form, the call record and your written criteria. If it did not meet them when it reached you, we replace it free.

What if my team misses a call?

A qualified claimant put through during your agreed hours still counts, even if nobody answers. That is why we agree a named intake owner, transfer hours and backup cover before launch.

How is the fee structured?

A flat fee per qualified transfer. It never depends on whether you sign, settle or win the case. Full terms are agreed in writing before launch.

Is there a minimum term?

No. Either side can end it with 30 days’ written notice.

Can I control how many I get?

Yes. You set a monthly cap, and delivery pauses when you reach it.

What do I need to provide?

Your market, your written criteria, your transfer hours, an intake number, a named intake owner with backup cover, and where the post-call record should go.
